ProtoductAI株式会社（以下「当社」）は、iOS・Android アプリ「Lore」と、Lore に AI をつなぐ MCP サーバーで扱う情報を、次のとおり取り扱います。

扱う情報

利用目的

本人の認証、コンテンツの保存・表示・同期、学習履歴の保存と復習問題の選択、新着の通知、Lore Pro の購読の確認（アプリと AI との接続を使えるかの判定）、障害への対応とお問い合わせへの回答、利用状況の分析によるアプリの改善に使います。広告や、他社のアプリ・ウェブサイトをまたぐ追跡には使いません。

委託先

認証に Clerk（Apple・Google でのサインインを含む）、データと画像の保管に Convex、プッシュ通知と購入の処理に Apple、Android 版の購入の処理に Google、購読の管理に RevenueCat、AI との接続（MCP サーバー）の運用に Cloudflare、利用状況の分析に PostHog, Inc.（米国）を利用します。各社は機能の提供に必要な範囲で情報を処理し、米国など日本国外で処理することがあります。RevenueCat には、Lore のユーザー識別子と購入の情報が送られます。PostHog には、アプリ内の操作のイベント、ユーザー識別子、端末内で作るランダムな識別子だけが送られ、アプリの改善のための分析にだけ使います。記事に外部の画像が含まれる場合は、その画像の配信元と通信します。当社は個人情報を販売しません。

AI との接続

本アプリ自体は AI による調査や生成を行いません。利用者が AI（Claude や ChatGPT など）の画面で Lore のアカウントにサインインし、接続を許可したときに限り、その AI は利用者の記事とクイズを読み取り、作成・更新できます。AI に渡った情報には、その AI の提供者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。接続は AI 側のコネクタ設定からいつでも解除できます。当社は利用者のコンテンツを AI の学習に使いません。

保存期間と削除

情報はアカウントが有効な間保存します。通知は設定でオフにできます。アーカイブは一覧から隠す操作で、削除ではありません。サインアウトしてもサーバー上の内容は残ります。

「アカウントを削除」（設定、または購入画面の右上のメニュー）から、Lore のデータの削除を申請できます。受け付けると利用を止め、記事、画像、クイズ、学習履歴、タグ、通知先などの Lore のデータを順に削除して、この端末からサインアウトします。サインインに使うアカウント（認証アカウント）は、ほかの ProtoductAI のアプリでも使うため削除しません。認証アカウントの削除を希望する場合はお問い合わせください。アプリがなくても、データの削除の申請ページの方法で申請できます。AI との接続は、お使いの AI（ChatGPT や Claude など）の設定から解除してください。削除の記録は、バックアップから復元するときに削除済みのデータが戻らないよう照合するため31日間保管し、その後消去します。障害復旧のためのバックアップは最長30日間保管します。委託先のバックアップは各社の保管方針に従って消去されます。

購入の記録は、会計と不正防止のため Apple・Google と RevenueCat に残ることがあります。RevenueCat の記録の削除を希望する場合はお問い合わせください。アカウントを削除しても App Store・Google Play のサブスクリプションは解約されません。

開示などのご請求

保有する個人データの開示・訂正・利用停止・削除などのご請求は、下記の窓口で受け付けます。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従って対応します。

Lore Privacy Policy

ProtoductAI Inc. (ProtoductAI株式会社, “we”) handles information in the iOS and Android app “Lore” and in the MCP server that connects AI to Lore as described below.

Information we handle

How we use it

To authenticate you; store, display and sync your content; keep your learning history and choose review questions; send notifications about new deliveries; verify your Lore Pro subscription, which decides whether the app and AI connections are available; handle incidents and support requests; and improve the app by analyzing how it is used. We do not use it for advertising or to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Service providers

Clerk handles sign-in (including Sign in with Apple and Google), Convex stores data and images, Apple delivers push notifications and processes payments, Google processes payments in the Android app, RevenueCat manages subscriptions, Cloudflare runs the AI connection (the MCP server), and PostHog, Inc. (USA) provides usage analytics. Each processes information only as needed to provide these functions and may do so outside your country, including in the United States. RevenueCat receives your Lore user identifier and purchase information. PostHog receives only in-app interaction events, your user identifier and the random identifier created on your device, which we use only to analyze and improve the app. External images in articles are loaded from their hosts. We do not sell personal information.

Connecting AI

The app itself does not research or generate content with AI. Only after you sign in to your Lore account in an AI’s screen (such as Claude or ChatGPT) and approve the connection can that AI read your articles and quizzes and create or update them. Information passed to the AI is governed by that AI provider’s privacy policy. You can remove the connection at any time in the AI’s connector settings. We do not use your content to train AI.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while your account is active. You can turn off notifications in Settings. Archiving hides an article from lists and does not delete it. Signing out does not erase data on the server.

Request deletion of your Lore data with “Delete account” (in Settings, or in the menu at the top right of the purchase screen). Once the request is accepted, access stops, your Lore data—articles, images, quizzes, learning history, tags and notification destinations—is deleted in stages, and you are signed out on this device. The account you sign in with (your authentication account) is not deleted, because other ProtoductAI apps use it too; contact us if you want it deleted. You can also request deletion without the app as described on the data deletion page. To remove the AI connection, disconnect Lore in your AI app (such as ChatGPT or Claude). Deletion records are kept for 31 days so that restores from backups do not bring deleted data back, then erased. Backups for incident recovery are kept for up to 30 days. Copies in our providers’ backups are erased under each provider’s retention policy.

Purchase records may remain with Apple, Google and RevenueCat for accounting and fraud prevention. Contact us if you want your RevenueCat records deleted. Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription.

Your rights

To access, correct, stop the use of or delete your information, or to get a copy of it, contact us at the address below. We verify your identity and respond as required by law. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
