Lore のデータの削除

アプリ「Lore - 知識ノート」（運営：ProtoductAI株式会社）のアカウントとデータの削除を申請する方法です。

アプリから申請する

1. Lore を開き、設定（または購入画面の右上のメニュー）を開きます。
2. 「アカウントを削除」を押し、「Lore のデータを削除」で確定します。

受け付けると利用を止め、データを順に削除して、この端末からサインアウトします。

アプリがない場合

support@protoductai.com に、件名「Lore のデータ削除」でメールを送ってください。本人確認のため、Lore のサインインに使っているメールアドレスから送ってください。確認のうえ削除し、完了をメールでお知らせします。

削除されるデータ

• 記事、画像、出典、タグ、クイズ
• 学習の記録（既読、お気に入り、回答履歴、学習セッション）
• 通知の設定と通知先

残るデータと期間

• サインインに使うアカウント（認証アカウント）は、ほかの ProtoductAI のアプリでも使うため削除しません。削除を希望する場合は、上のメールアドレスにお問い合わせください。
• 削除の記録は、バックアップから復元するときに削除済みのデータが戻らないよう照合するため31日間保管し、その後消去します。障害復旧のためのバックアップは最長30日間保管します。
• 購入の記録は、会計と不正防止のため Google・Apple と RevenueCat に残ることがあります。利用状況の分析のイベント（PostHog）も残ることがあります。削除を希望する場合はお問い合わせください。

データを削除しても、Google Play や App Store のサブスクリプションは解約されません。Google Play では「お支払いと定期購入」から解約してください。AI との接続は、お使いの AI（ChatGPT や Claude など）の設定から解除してください。

Delete your Lore data

How to request deletion of your account and data in the app “Lore - 知識ノート” by ProtoductAI Inc. (ProtoductAI株式会社).

In the app

1. Open Lore and go to Settings (or the menu at the top right of the purchase screen).
2. Tap “Delete account” and confirm with “Delete Lore data”.

Once the request is accepted, access stops, your data is deleted in stages, and you are signed out on this device.

Without the app

Email support@protoductai.com with the subject “Delete my Lore data”. To confirm it is you, send it from the email address you use to sign in to Lore. We verify the request, delete your data and let you know by email when it is done.

What is deleted

• Articles, images, sources, tags and quizzes
• Learning records (read and favorite status, answers and study sessions)
• Notification settings and destinations

What is kept, and for how long

• The account you sign in with (your authentication account) is not deleted, because other ProtoductAI apps use it too. Contact us at the address above if you want it deleted.
• Deletion records are kept for 31 days so that restores from backups do not bring deleted data back, then erased. Backups for incident recovery are kept for up to 30 days.
• Purchase records may remain with Google, Apple and RevenueCat for accounting and fraud prevention, and usage analytics events may remain with PostHog. Contact us if you want them deleted.

Deleting your data does not cancel your Google Play or App Store subscription. On Google Play, cancel it in “Payments & subscriptions”. To remove the AI connection, disconnect Lore in your AI app (such as ChatGPT or Claude).
