Lore 利用規約

適用

本規約は、ProtoductAI株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供する iOS アプリ「Lore」（以下「本アプリ」）と、本アプリに AI をつなぐ MCP サーバーの利用条件を定めます。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

サービスの内容

本アプリは、利用者が接続した外部 AI から届く記事・画像・クイズを保存し、読んで復習するためのアプリです。記事やクイズは外部 AI が作成し、本アプリ自体は AI による調査や生成を行いません。外部 AI の利用料は含まれません。

Lore Pro（自動更新サブスクリプション）

• 本アプリと AI との接続（MCP）を使うには、自動更新サブスクリプション「Lore Pro」（月額または年額）が必要です。価格と期間は購入前に画面に表示されます。
• お支払いは Apple が処理し、購入の確定時に Apple アカウントに請求されます。当社はカード情報を受け取りません。
• 現在の期間が終わる24時間前までに解約しない限り、同じ期間で自動的に更新され、期間が終わる前の24時間以内に次の期間の料金が請求されます。
• 解約と変更は、iPhone の「設定」→ Apple アカウント（Apple ID）→「サブスクリプション」から行えます。解約しても、支払い済みの期間の終わりまで利用できます。
• 無料体験がある場合、体験が終わる24時間前までに解約しない限り、体験の終了時に有料の購読へ自動で移り、料金が請求されます。体験中に購読を購入すると、残りの体験期間はなくなります。
• 返金は Apple の規定に従い、Apple が判断します。返金の申請は Apple（reportaproblem.apple.com）で行えます。
• 価格を変更することがあります。購読中の価格を変更する場合は、Apple の手続きに従ってお知らせします。
• アカウントを削除しても、App Store のサブスクリプションは解約されません。先に解約してください。

コンテンツ

記事やクイズには誤りが含まれることがあります。出典と情報の日付を確かめてご利用ください。医療・法律・投資などの専門家の助言に代わるものではありません。送る記事や画像は、利用する権利があるものに限ってください。

アカウントと AI との接続

アカウントは本人が管理してください。AI との接続は、本人が AI の画面で Lore のアカウントにサインインして許可したときだけ有効になり、接続した AI は本人の記事とクイズを読み書きできます。不要になった接続は、AI 側の設定から解除してください。

禁止事項

法令に反する利用、他者の権利を侵害する内容の送信、不正アクセス、サービスに過度な負荷をかける行為、本アプリの解析や改変、他者へのなりすましを禁止します。

免責

保守や障害で本アプリを利用できないことがあります。当社は、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用で生じた損害について責任を負いません。ただし、消費者契約法などの法令により責任が免除されない場合は、当社の過失（重過失を除く）によって生じた通常の損害について、Lore Pro の1か月分の料金に相当する額を上限として賠償します。

規約の変更

当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。重要な変更は、本アプリまたはウェブサイトでお知らせします。

準拠法・運営者・お問い合わせ

本規約は日本法に準拠します。利用者に適用される強行的な消費者保護法令の効力は妨げません。

Lore Terms of Use

Scope

These terms govern your use of the iOS app “Lore” (the “App”) and of the MCP server that connects AI to the App, both provided by ProtoductAI Inc. (ProtoductAI株式会社, “we”). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

The service

The App stores the articles, images and quizzes sent by the external AI you connect, so you can read and review them. That AI writes the articles and quizzes; the App itself does not research or generate content with AI. Fees for external AI services are not included.

Lore Pro (auto-renewing subscription)

• Using the App and connecting AI (MCP) requires Lore Pro, an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The price and period are shown in the App before you buy.
• Payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. We never receive your card details.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancel or change your plan in iPhone Settings → Apple Account (Apple ID) → Subscriptions. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription and you are charged when it ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Prices may change. If the price of an active subscription changes, you will be notified through Apple’s process.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription. Cancel it first.

Content

Articles and quizzes may contain errors. Check the sources and dates before relying on them. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice. Only send articles and images you have the right to use.

Your account and AI connections

Keep your account under your control. An AI connection works only after you sign in to your Lore account in the AI’s screen and approve it; the connected AI can then read and write your articles and quizzes. Remove connections you no longer need in the AI’s settings.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use the App unlawfully, send content that infringes the rights of others, access the service without authorization or place excessive load on it, reverse engineer or modify the App, or impersonate others.

Disclaimer

The App may be unavailable during maintenance or outages. Except for our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App. Where the law, such as Japan’s Consumer Contract Act, does not allow this exclusion, we compensate ordinary damages caused by our negligence (other than gross negligence) up to the amount of one month of Lore Pro fees.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce important changes in the App or on our website.

Governing law, operator and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
